Exchange Policy Reminder

To our valued customers,

KM Powertool Enterprises Corp. (powertool.ph) would like to remind customers of our exchange policy in accordance with R.A. 7394 – The Consumer Act of the Philippines.

Please review the following guidelines for product exchanges:

1. Change of mind purchases are not eligible for exchange.
2. The original official receipt must be presented as proof of purchase.
3. Items must be reported and requested for exchange within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
4. Products must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, including original packaging.
5. Exchange requests will not be accepted for items that are:
   • Used
   • Damaged due to improper use or mishandling
   • Missing accessories or packaging
6. KM Powertool Enterprises Corp. reserves the right to determine whether a product has been used or damaged.

Products that require technical verification may be evaluated by the authorized service center.

Estimated evaluation processing time:
2–5 working days (depending on brand service center procedures).
