The PDR4000 has a safe design compliant with the IEC-61010 standards and is IP30 rated. This device has 3 measurement ranges, 40Ω, 400Ω, and 4000Ω, and can measure the Earth's resistance with an accuracy of 2%.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThis device has a 4000 counts digital display with a backlight. It has a Data Hold function that allows users to hold or pause a measurement on the screen. It also features the Relative function that stores the existing reading (a delta) and resets the display to zero.  3-pole \/ 2-pole earth resistance measurement can also be performed with the PDR4000 but an optional accessory, TL-68 is required for 2-pole measurement.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe device is also capable of measuring interference voltage, but if interference voltage is greater than 10 Volts the Earth resistance measurement cannot be performed.
